So close to the final cycle...

On my 8th playthrough, losing my sanity seeing my girl getting defiled over and over.

The Cursed Soh skin being unlocked after playthrough 9(official cycle 8) will be an accurate reflection of what I've become.

The Current Maiden and the Former Maiden.

 

Maidens are all related...

If the Maidens are all from one bloodline since her ancestors date back to the ones who first defiled the mountain, and Soh is the previous Maiden...she must be related to Yoshiro. If she's from the previous generation, is she an aunt maybe?

It adds dimension to why Soh is affectionate towards her as Yoshiro would be a family member she never met when she was alive.

But...Soh can't be the only one to have been affectionate to their Maiden.

Was Soh really the only one to want to stop the cycle? After 7 cycles?

If you stand near Yoshiro, you'll hear her vocals on the battle track. (Only the 4 main ones)

Yoshiro's vocals are her actually singing when you stand by her. She'll stop dancing to sing if you're close enough. It looks like she's actually meant to be singing specifically for Soh. 

But she only does it when it's time for her vocals during the battle track or she'll just keep dancing.

Even in the mikoshi.
