Just because she's flat doesn't make her not a woman. I don't think flat women in real life have people wonder what they are(unless they're attempting to be malicious) so I wonder why this has happened with Yoshiro?
Is it because her chest hasn't been censored and this makes people suspect she's male due to the way censorship works? I can definitely understand that reasoning. And since this a video game, it's easy to make a male resemble a female completely.
Maybe the lack of areola is what lets it get a pass?

Search engines show that people ask whether she's trans or what gender she and Soh are. I'm genuinely confused as to why when looking at the context of the game. Males do not become Goddesses. They would become 'Gods'.

Humans like breasts because they are associated with women. It's not the breasts themselves but who/what they generally belong to that has created desire for them.
Meaning, specific body parts are only attractive because they are in the context of belonging to certain sexes. (and associated with certain sexes)
When female body parts are fetishized, like feet, it's really because they are specifically female feet. Women's physicality is attractive in general to those who like women. Hands, legs, necks, etc.
The same goes for men. Those who like men enjoy male biceps, forearms, necks, hands, etc.
I don't want to go into too much detail since it's not relevant at all but I thought I'd drop that little idea here...
Yoshiro is attractive, regardless of whether she's flat or not. But I think celebrities, models and such have all proved this.
