The two symbols in Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess: Yoshiro's Emblem and the Shrine Emblem.

This symbol is as much present as the 'Goddess' symbol.

You must complete it to obtain Cursed Soh, the image of the Goddess having merged with the Maidens harboring impurity.

It looks slightly different here, the middle looks like...a sun?

When I saw the next image, I realized we're looking at a sphere that contains many flowers!
The symbol is focused on the flower in the middle but you can see the sides of the flowers very clearly here:

These two symbols go together.

The first is the s the current Maiden as the abode for the Goddess and a katashiro. The second is previous Maiden as the Messenger. (or so I believe)

The reason the second is Soh and not Yoshiro is because it's a flower grouped with many, which is the Goddess. Cherry Blossoms.

Cherry Blossoms

The first symbol is what we see Yoshiro summon when she purifies and it's present on the mikoshi behind her. It's what she 'stands on' as well, meaning it represents her.

Goddess Symbol and Purification

The Goddess Symbol and the Three Sacred Treasures

The statue of the Goddess + a Divine Heir

The first also reminds me of Soh who wields the sword, one of the three divine treasures. The lines between Yoshiro and Soh are meant to blur because they fuse.

Kunitsu-Gami unintentionally touches on the topic of 'we become what we worship'. The disciplined mind can become what it meditates on which is quite relevant to Yoshiro, in my opinion. But I'll touch on it in another post.

So, Soh's spirit state might not be the previous Maiden but rather all the previous Maidens as one.

!!!!

I went in game to look around and discovered you can move Yoshiro around the base and her symbol is the second one, the flower one. The first symbol is hers when walking the spirit path.

So they both belong to Yoshiro, the chosen Maiden!

Yosshiro is a plum blossom before she merges with the Goddess and here she is represented by Cherry Blossoms. Meaning...she's already merging?

On Steam, this flower symbol is called 'Yoshiro's Emblem.'

And this is called 'Shrine Emblem'.

If you look at the Shrine Emblem, I believe the sword represents Yoshiro(acting as the Goddess) and all the lines going towards it might actually be the impurity.

EDIT:

While browsing the forbidden site, I came across this:

Slightly different one

It appears to be a bell. I suppose I'll buy it...
